A Timeless Kitchen & Home Study Transformation by Tefore

That’s exactly what we delivered for a recent project in Great Alne Retirement Village, where our client was ready to upgrade their home with a kitchen that felt timeless, functional, and tailored to their needs.
A Classic Look with Timeless Appeal
The kitchen design is centred around our elegant Kensington range, a classic 5-piece shaker door finished in warm, neutral Mussel. To complement the doors, we paired them with Lancaster Oak carcasses — giving the interior of each cabinet a warm and luxurious look.
The kitchen was finished off with Karndean herringbone flooring, bringing texture and warmth underfoot, and creating a cohesive, high-end look throughout.
To elevate the feel even further, the client chose a 30mm quartz worktop in Fugen Irini. With subtle veining, custom draining grooves, and a seamless moulded window cill, this surface not only performs incredibly well but adds effortless beauty to the space.
Bosch, Samsung & Quooker — Appliances That Perform
We installed a suite of reliable and stylish Bosch and Samsung appliances, providing high performance for everyday use. The client also opted for a Quooker boiling water tap, a game-changing addition for anyone looking for convenience, safety, and energy savings — all in one sleek tap.
A Bespoke Chef’s Pantry – Maximising Every Corner
One of the standout features of this kitchen is the bespoke chef’s pantry. Rather than settling for standard corner units, we designed a fully functional corner pantry, making the absolute most of this often-wasted space.
This custom piece includes:
- Tailored internal shelving for dry goods and small appliances
- Smart access that avoids the awkward bending or lost space typical in standard kitchens

- A made-to-measure tall storage unit seamlessly integrated into a challenging sloped ceiling
- A stunning matching Fugen Irini worktop, bringing continuity from the kitchen
