The client selected the Helmsley door in a Matt Mussel finish—a fresh, neutral tone that brings warmth and sophistication. This one-piece door design offers the timeless appeal of an in-frame shaker kitchen but without the maintenance challenges. Its smooth surface is easy to clean, making it both beautiful and practical. The kitchen is further enhanced with exact colour-matched tongue and groove end panels, adding a touch of traditional charm.
Premium Finishes and Appliances
To complement the cabinetry, the kitchen features CRL Quartz worktops in the Verona finish, known for their durability and subtle elegance. The choice of Smeg Victoria appliances in cream adds a vintage flair, creating a stunning focal point that blends seamlessly with the overall design.
The Centrepiece: Shaws Bowland 600 Sink
A standout feature is the Shaws of Darwen Bowland 600 sink (model SO0600010WH). Handcrafted from durable fireclay, this sink boasts a distinctive fluted front and a generous single bowl, combining functionality with classic design. Its antibacterial properties and resistance to stains and heat make it a practical choice for any kitchen.
Finishing Touches
The kitchen is completed with Karndean flooring, offering the look of natural Stone with the resilience and ease of maintenance that modern homes require. This flooring choice ties the entire space together, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
